Your patch is in trunk at revision: 783913 and R9.04 at r783927
For R90.4 I finally had to do the job by hand because the file was not
consistent with trunk version. I wonder why and also if we should not backport
all changes from trunk.... Ryan (or somebody else competent.) could you check
please ?
