this is not finished but will give you an Idea of what is being implemeneted.
Added debug info so that when helping someone can easily check what is what.
Added config to turn on address verification. This is put in a contactmech for
Paypalverifiedaddress purpose.
Added the Paypal Email address.This is put in a contactmech for
palpalverifiedemail purpose
Added checking for Pending in paymentstatus.
addes error checking agains transactionID that paypal returns.
Corrected bug about Verifying if the data was recieved from paypal. Sent the
data but did not verify the return correctly. added a condition where it is not
verified or Invalid will not process.
added the protection_eligibility status which says Paypal will pay for the
shippment if is shipped to the supplied address by paypal.
