I think trunk is already there.
I looked in java, groovy, ftl and the only reference was in UtilXml itself
from writeXmlDocument(OutputStream os, Element element).
Changed it and suggested removal of writeXmlDocument(OutputStream os, Element
element, OutputFormat format)
