As per the logic of cross-ship replacement return, a replacement order is
created and customer has to be charged for the return items total. When the
cross-ship replacement return is received customer is refunded the charged
amount. Current implementation do not create order payment preferences for the
replacement order and customer cannot be charged for the return item total.
