Your patch with minor typo fix to the form name is in rev. 789696.
This is a nice addition on purchase order cart page as QOH/ATP for a product
will be visible to admin while creating an order, with just a single click of
button and he can adjust the quantity to be purchased based on the QOH/ATP
levels.
