Here is the patch for resolving all the issues given in description.
1) Now Outstanding quantities and remaining quantities are rendered correctly
on order item page and edit order item page.
2) This is handled for both type of orders (Purchase and sales)
3) In case of purchase order quantities which are not received are shown as
remaining quantity
4) In case of sales order quantities which are not shipped yet are shown as
remaining quantity.
