By ref. of mail reported by Eva Bowman at user list with subject - "Commission
Invoice Type" (point #1), to show a list of Override Gl Account Id for
Commission invoice.
This will fix by following in following way -
Get list of GlAccountOrganizationAndClass for COMMISSION_INVOICE, where
invoiceItemTypeId and parentTypeId are COMM_INV_ITEM or COMM_INV_ADJ.
