I can see the problem. Well, if you look at the Edit Work Effort screen, the time is displayed correctly. If you look at the current time in the page footer, that is displayed correctly too. So, the problem isn't in the framework, and it isn't in Freemarker. It's probably somewhere in the logic that gathers the calender entries.
