Thanks to take in charge this patch.
I'm motivated again to improve this complex external payment.
I have to create another patch, because there is an error with new
DelegatorFactory.
My development isn't optimal and flexible to configure this payment.
Advice me and I modify.
I take no notice of copyright from Sips API !!!!
