Party manager PartyContent upload requires the user to enter the content mime
type. Generally, only tech savvy users know what mime type means. It would
be better to use a library such as mime-util (http://www.medsea.eu/mime-util/ -
Apache 2.0 License) to automatically detect the mime type without requiring the
user to enter it manually.
