On looking at service reference for the above said service, acctgTransId shown
as out parameter under the head of In Parameters.
To re-create go to
https://demo.ofbiz.org/webtools/control/ServiceList?sel_service_name=createAcctgTransAndEntries
and look at the In Parameters, acctgTransId with mode OUT.
