Your patch is in trunk at r814168, R9.04 at r814170 (done by hand, got a
conflict)
But it would have been better to say that you were (I suppose) working in the
context of the one page checkout. Because I searched on the profil main page
and did not understand before I looked for where ManageAddress.ftl was used and
found https://localhost:8443/ecommerce/control/manageAddress (you see for us
commiters an URL is often even easier)
