Here is a patch to fix this issue.
Steps for testing:
1. Go to Facility-> Inventory tab
2. Enter integer value in field "QOH minus Min Stock less than".
3. Click on Find button.
4. Check values in column "QOH minus Min Stock" which should not be greater
than to given value .
Perform same steps for field "ATP minus Min Stock less than" and check values
in colum "ATP minus Min Stock" of results.
