Your patch is in trunk at r816255, R9.04 at r816259 since this is a bug (you
can't access a value but you should be able to)
I did not take the time to fix the 2d problem but I guess it's around
MacroFormRenderer.java[500]. Could you please open a new issue (enhancement)
for that ? TIA.
