The macros in framework/widget/templates/foScreenMacroLibrary.ftl are out of
date compared to the same html macro file. For example: renderScreenBegin /
renderScreenEnd are missing, renderSectionBegin / renderSectionEnd need to
define a boundaryComment argument.
