Changed GenericDelegator delegator = dctx.getDelegator(); to Delegator
delegator = dctx.getDelegator(); in savePaymentGatewayResponse, as all the
GenericDelegator class reference are converted to Delegator interface
references after this patch was submitted, so updated the patch to reflect
those changes.
