Help in HR

Hi,

I have commited at r826406 Help data for Human resources. It' s a work in 
progress : Introduction, Main page and Training for now.
I used Oxygen DocBook editor and notably itemizedlist and orderedlist tags. But it's not rendered in OFBiz help (all contents under 
these tags are hidden).
Also when I use help button in HR it does not open the corresponding help pages. I'm obviously missing something here, but I ran out 
of time. Could you please help me ?
