"Go Back" button on Edit Contact Information page does not "go back"

Edit Contact Information form when adding a new contact:
The "Go Back" button does not link anywhere. There is no way for the User to
gracefully return to the checkout page from the Edit Contact Information page.
If the "Go Back" button is on this form, it should return the User to the
location from whence they came. Else, take the button off the page.
