Remove all the 800x600 and sub-directories and build dynamically using a
proportional ratio.

I have thought about that. I think I will remove all the 800x600 and
sub-directories and will rather build them dynamically using a proportional
ratio.
I wait for Terence's (who build them initially) confimation about no other
types of change.
It will much more easier to maintain, there are a lot of redundancy there!
