Remove extra UnPosted Totals screenlet from Transactions Total Screen

Following are the steps:-
(1) Go Accounting Manager and depress Organization GL Settings tab
(2) Depress Accounting button for any company
(3) Depress Reports tab then depress Transaction Totals tab.
(4) Shown UnPosted Total information twice, there are two UnPosted Total
screenlet with same information remove one of them.
