usable i mean:
1. be able to use the existing information in party manager and remain
compatible between sfa/partymgr
2. If we could use leads and migrate to contacts/accounts
3. As you already mentioned show all relevant account
(=company)/contacts/accounts in one screen
4. fully use the in/outgoing communicationevents (email) in all screens.
5. Be able to create/assign/track tasks
more for the larger companies:
1. maintain sales teams and being able to move leads/contacts/accounts between
them
