Here is the patch which includes all the functionality described in this task.
Along with this:
1) I have also set requireInventory field to "N" for product GZ-BASKET, so that
production run creates even if requireInventory field is set to "Y" in
ProductStore level.
2) Added additional demo data for testing feature, i.e data for ATP and QOH of
associated products for GZ-BASKET.
Testing steps:
1) Place a sales order by taking product GZ-BASKET
2) Observe associated products on order items section of show cart page
3) Observe Production run created on order items section of order detail page
4) Print pick sheet from order detail page.
5) Go on Verify Pick screen after approving the order, and observe that
associated products are also show with their quantity on this screen along with
GZ-BASKET
