Hi Hans
This patch is mainly just some help text reformatting using the itemizedlist
and orderedlist docbook commands for the Invoices and Payments submenus them
easier to read.
I've also corrected a minor spelling mistake in the billing accounts and
noticed that the Find Payments help screen was under Invoices instead of
Payments so have moved that to the correct place,
