Your (slightly modified) patch is in trunk at r881987
I changed
* Paiement entrant => Paiement à recevoir (I have also used the same principle
everywhere in OFBiz where needed, and also used reçu in some places)
* Inventaire => Stock (in US, Inventory is used for what we call Stock in
French)
I have also changed some other labels while I was at it
