"Quick lookup" screen for purchase order is broken when adding item from order
detail page in edit mode
Steps to produce the bug:
1) Place a purchase order
2) Once your order is placed then click on "Edit items" button of "Actions
block"
3) After this down at the bottom click on "Quick lookup" button
4) You will land on screen which is broken
