It looks to me like jira won't be able to send you your password because your email address isn't valid: https://issues.apache.org/jira/secure/ViewProfile.jspa?name=rhoffman%40aesolves.com Notice that your email is "rhoffman at aesolves" rather than "rhoffman at aesolves dot com"

I'm not sure why your password would suddenly stop working but it's not something we can fix for you, you'd have to take the issue up with infrastructure (which would require that you create a jira issue :-)

I'm not subscribed to the infra mailing list but perhaps another committer who is (it's a committer only list) could request that they fix the email address on your account.
