I do NOT appreciate the quick fix of these problems - especially when you 
didn't fix anything.

If you want to have portlets in the Project Manager application, then put them 
in the Project Manager application - NOT in the Work Effort application.

If you want to use specially-crafted views in the Project Manager application, 
then put them in the Project Manager application, NOT in the Work Effort 
application.

You have rendered the Work Effort application unusable. If you are unwilling to 
restore it to its previous functionality, then I will revert your changes 
myself, and if that breaks the Project Manager Application - then oh well.
