buildbot has been doing a good job so far, looks

I've sent a message to infra including you two asking about buildbot managing
this like it does the other parts of the build system.
As much as it might've been helpful to have the original scripts from Contegix
- it's far better to do it the way that the ASF plans
on doing it in the future since they're in control now.
