Change user password: no indication of what happen

Login as admin. Change the password of a login account. Enter mismatch new
password or the password is keyed into the hint field. When save, the screen
returns back to the same screen with the following javascript error:
Message: 'undefined' is null or not an object
Line: 121
Char: 4
Code: 0
URI: https://localhost:8443/bizznesstime/js/application.js
In my log file, I see the actual error message. So, at the screen, the user
won't know what happen. Even though I can successfully change password, again
no message informing that the password is changed successfully. But I will get
the email saying my personal info is updated but I won't know so from the
screen. The system just never indicates that to me.
