There is something wrong with this either you remove the OFBiz logo+name or add
a disclaimer. It's againt the ASF rule. You may
answer that you will add my name or/and company name on this page but this will not resolve anything as if I accept this page will
end with a list of companies names but still it will look like APache OFBIz is
located at Chiang mai, Thailand and is provide by
Antwebsystems.com

You see the "report for spam" on this Twitter account page. We could use it and
send something to the board.

Here is what Ted Husted send us some times ago. This was the (one of the)
reason(s) we moved to infra:

<<We can discuss it on the Public Relations Committee list, if you like,
but we've had similar discussions in the past, and I'm just relating
we've indicated before. (I am a member of the PRC.)

To summarize:

* All ASF assets must be maintained on equipment controlled by the foundation.
* The foundation considers "Apache ${Product}" and the product's logo
to be marks of the foundation.
* Only ASF assets may use its marks.
* Third party sites that use domain names similar to ASF product names
must post a prominent disclaimer that states the site is not
associated with the Apache Software Foundation.
* In order to prevent confusion, menu links on ASF websites to
third-party assets should not be comingled with links to ASF assets.

I'm not aware of a document that sets this out, but I can bring it up on p...@.

One solution you may want to consider is establishing an "Open for
Business Community Asset" program, with its own logo, something like
the Apache HTTP Support WebRing.

HTH, Ted.>>

It's pretty clear isn'it?
