Webtools Service List table overflows right margin. Lots of white space between
columns and the right most column is almost unusable.

Navigate to Webtools -> ServiceList and observe that the right most column
(location) overflows the theme wrapper. Also, very hard to position this within
the browser window. There is plenty of white space between other columns on
this web page. Maybe forcing column sizes would make this work better.
