bother, sorry about this. The vast majority of these changes were actually heavily tested. I ran the full test suite over them all over night, took over 6 hours. However, today while at work, I went about fixing webtools to be in sync with these changes. And then just re-ordered those new changes, and that's what caused this problem. I neglected to do a test run after rebasing and changing the order of the webtools fixes. I'm working on the fixes.
