XHTML validation errors round 2 (marketing) visible empty tables in SFA

There are three screens in SFA where an empty table appear
ContactForms.xml#FindContacts
EventForms.xml#EditEvent
LeadForms#FindLeads
I add the hidden fields which are not in the sort-order to it, in order to
avoid visible empty tables, but I don't know if there is a better method.
