Description:
Fields rendered with renderDisplayField needs a css style to maintain the
spacing between form fields.
The patch add a <span class="field-display"> in the htmlFormMacroLibrary to be
able to define a css style for those fields.
This patch only define the tomahawk style, although the problem exists also in
the other themes.
