I think that you forgot to remove the older versions of the same jars.

Yes thanks ! They were removed from the filesystem, but forgot to remove them from SVN. It's corrected at r938074.
I also let this jar : tomcat-6.0.16-tomcat-juli-adapters.jar, because I didn't found any equivalent file in the new version.
