Missing Buttons on LookUp Search

If you start on this page - https://localhost:8443/catalog/control/main.
Then click lookup and search for all products - you should see that there are
80+ products but you don't have arrow buttons to move forward in the results.
Also if you then go to the second page the buttons back to the first page then
disappear.
