As already mentioned in this thread, and previously, the project was last released in 2005. cobertura is still being developed. The reports from cobertura look nicer. The classfiles have better syntax highlighting. Each line also has line counts attached, which emma doesn't do. This can help when a complex if condition only has partial coverage. Cobertura also has code complexity calculation.
