Yes I have an idea about that. I have introduced the possibility to use a
lookup without a field, ie only a label and a butto (for that simply size the
lookup to 0). So I'd like use it in place of the normal button. Note that the
lookups also use the controller but we have already handled that. Though I'm
not quite sure why sometimes it works for layered lookups and sometimes we need
to use the window presentation (for lookups inside lookups).
