Cant complete sales order

I'm stuck in the sales order and cant's complete it. I can only reach options
screen which contains the shipment group and shipment notes and instruction but
when I click continue nothing happens also I have the cut-off menu problem that
links above (finalize, clear order. quick finalize ) are not clear the version
I'm using the version called v911202
