This happens very often that customization related questions comes on developer mailing list. I propose to use 'custom
development' instead of 'customization' word under Support of Users and Developers List: [email protected] on
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/OFBADMIN/Mailing+Lists. I would also suggest to make it red.
