SAM: Hi - I spotted that the doc headers were pointing to the wrong image location so I have fixed that and also removed the
Powered By as I suspect that the doc site is not really OFBiz powered?
JLR: BTW I think we should rather rename the dir from docs to oldDocs...
Bad idea: these docs are referenced from the wiki and I don't know how to
change/replace all there
