Order Requirement currency problem

When I make a new requirement for a product and then chooses the product the
ofbiz should should the supplier for me by choosing the supplier with minimum
price.
Actually if there many suppliers each with different currency the ofbiz doesn't
choose the supplier in a correct way. for example it choose a supplier with
price $24 instead of choosing the supplier with price 25 L.E which is much less
than the $24.
I made sure I entered all the information of the supplier correctly in the
product including the currency.
why it's doesn't map it right in the requirement?
Can anyone please help me where's the problem and how can I find it out? I went
to the company setup and update the foreign exchange rates but nothing happened.
