I you are right, rp. must be deleted. I found the same at r767496 it's related
to OFBIZ-2337 and I guess has been introduced earlier by OFBIZ-1235.
Did you find any issues or what is only while browsing the code?
Anyway I have fixed it at r997431 for trunk, R10.04 at r997465, too much
possible conflicts in R9.04 :/ (more rp. there...)
