Are you nuts? I don't see this at all. Every time we have this conversation come up, you are the one that says collaboration is not happening. But no one else says this. I certainly don't see it.
Your assessment of the situation is incorrect, and once you've made this incorrect observation, you draw incorrect conclusions on it as well, and then get all frustrated. The root cause, however, is the initial incorrect assessment.
