1st: this is not bug, so I close as it could not even be an improvement.
Sorry but your patch does not make any sense to me. I guess what you would like
is to hande the Type in Find Example by replacing the dropdown box by 4
checkboxes. Then you have to handle this in the service because each checkboxe
will "return" a Y or N value and you have to handle it. BTW it should not be
done with checkboxes but radio buttons because the choice must be between the
types and can't be 2 or more types...
