Multiflex Theme contains hardwired Italian label after User logged in

After login, users are presented with a navigation item that allows them to
view their order, profile etc.
This navigation item is labelled with "Utente" (italian term for "user",
hardwired.
My proposal is to change this to use the user's login Id.
Patches will be created for the three versions mentioned above.
