Thanks Sascha,
Your modified patch is in trunk at r1056731. I first commited your patch as is
in r1056701. But I changed my mind and decided we need a form name for lookups
to work. Two reasons to this:
# we are not sure the descriptionFieldName is always of the form
formName_descriptionFieldName
# anyway we need a form name for call_fieldlookup3 and call_fieldlookup2 just
above in htmlFormMacroLibrary.ftl.
