Adrian you are right I forgot that the buildbot email has been sent only in
case of status change (success --> failure, failure --> success).
I have try again doing those steps with a fresh checkout:
svn co ..
ant build
ant run-install
ant create-admin-user-login
ant run-tests
and it fails on the last step (ant run-tests).
The only strange things is that one class is not found in the classpath:
