I agree from your point. But let me tell you the truth, if we talk only about "*India*" then I know couple of company names(around 15, 20) that are providing services based on OFBiz framework but they are not listed in the service provider list. Nobody knows about the exact production deployment count by all the service provider(known as well as unknown - not listed in the service provider list) so if here we are talking about production deployment more then 1K (counting as thousands) then I am not seeing any issue in that sentence.
