The jQuery tree used in "Browse Catalogs/Categories" section could be improved:
* Only the 1st level of categories uses names and so i18n can't be used for
other categories level
** same for products
* we should have a different icon for product
* * we should try to show the names and Ids on the same line, hence we should
enlarge the width of the left column
